Gluten-Free bakery adds two new English Muffin flavors to its baked goods line-up

Johnstown, Colorado, Aug. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canyon Bakehouse®, a Colorado-based gluten-free bakery, introduces a brand new line of English Muffins. Available in Original and Honey Whole Grain, both feature a crunchy outside and a fluffy pillow of chewy goodness on the inside. The English Muffins add to the growing number of gluten-free breakfast offerings from Canyon Bakehouse, including four varieties of sweet and savory bagels.


“English Muffins have been one of the biggest requests from our fans,” said Christi Skow, Canyon Bakehouse co-founder and gluten-free mom. “They are a breakfast staple that so many people who are gluten free miss and we’re excited to add them to our breakfast offerings. They are chewy and fluffy with all the nooks and crannies for a perfect crunch!”


Boasting four grams of protein per muffin, Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free English Muffins are made with all-natural ingredients, whole grains and have no GMOs. For a classic breakfast treat, the Original are delicious toasted with butter, jam or piled high with your favorite breakfast sandwich fixings. And, for a lightly sweet and wholesome taste, the Honey Whole Grain English Muffins are made with sunflower seeds and a touch of honey. Like all Canyon Bakehouse baked goods, they are Certified Gluten-Free, kosher and free from dairy, casein, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame.



Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free English Muffins will be available in September 2018 in conventional and natural grocery stores nationwide. The Original English Muffins come in a pack of five and can be found in the freezer section of the grocery store. The Honey Whole Grain English Muffins are packed in the innovative Stay-Fresh packaging, which means they are sealed air-tight and will stay fresh for 90 days after they are packed at the Canyon Bakehouse bakery. Look for them in the ambient temperature bread aisle. The new products will also be available for online purchase at the company website.  The suggested retailer price is $5.49–6.49.
